THE CHARLESTON BOAT SHOW HAS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE
Boats, Live Music, Seminars and More

CHARLESTON, SC - The Charleston Boat Show, presented by Mercury Marine, weighs anchor at the North Charleston Convention Center and Coliseum, January 25th-27th, with over 90 boat lines on display and priced to suit every need and budget. The largest boat show in the Lowcountry marks its 28th year, offering boating enthusiasts and people of all ages a unique nautical experience with great deals and fun for the whole family.

While shopping for the perfect boat, attendees are also invited to enjoy some of the Show’s exciting special features such as great food and live music. The Show will also offer seminars by local fishing experts offering up tips and advice on a variety of boating and fishing topics.
Steve Gryb of Miami, FL, known as the “Pied Piper of Percussion”, will host an exciting, interactive show, allowing children of all ages to participate in his musical ensemble. In addition, the Hook the Future Kids Fishing Clinic taught by marine life experts will teach kids the ethics of fishing as well as how to select the right tackle and lures, tie knots and cast nets. Children are also invited to join in the fun as there will be face painters, balloon artists, and giant jump castles.

The Boat Show will be offering prizes, with a grand prize of a 7 day cruise to the Western Caribbean. Children will also receive prizes for participating in the fishing clinic.
The Charleston Boat Show is sponsored by Mercury Marine, Tideline, WCBD TV-2 and WEZL Radio.
The Show takes place at the North Charleston Convention Center and Coliseum, 5001 Coliseum Dr., Charleston, SC. Show hours are Friday, Noon to 8 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $9 for adults, and free for children 10 and under.
